Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the iPhone and iPad app Linkeep: Smart Link Manager ("the app"), published by Levio Studio ("we", "us"), handles information. The app works without an account and keeps your saved links on your device.

In short: we do not have your links, we have no account system and we do not run our own servers for the app. Data that leaves your device is limited to loading link previews and icons, and what the Google ad service needs to show ads.

1. What the app does

Linkeep saves web addresses that you share from other apps or paste from the clipboard, sorts them into categories, shows previews, and lets you open them later. You can lock the app with Face ID or a 6-digit PIN.

2. Information stored on your device

The following stays on your device and is not sent to us:

  • Your saved links, titles, categories and the date you saved them.
  • Preview images and icons downloaded for your saved links. You can turn link images off in Settings, which removes saved images from the device.
  • App preferences such as appearance, language, default browser and haptics.
  • Your 6-digit PIN, if you create one. It is kept in the iOS Keychain on your device.

The Share extension and the app exchange links through a shared storage area on your device (an App Group). Deleting the app removes this data.

3. Permissions and why they are needed

  • Face ID. Used only to unlock the app. Face ID is handled by iOS; the app never receives your face data.
  • Clipboard. When you open the app, it can notice that the clipboard contains a link and offer to save it. Nothing is saved without your tap, and clipboard content is not sent to us.
  • Tracking (App Tracking Transparency). The app may ask whether it may track you across apps and websites to show more relevant ads. You can say no and still use the full app.

4. Network requests

To show previews, the app contacts the websites of the links you save to read the page title and image. It also requests a small site icon from Google's favicon service (google.com/s2/favicons) using only the site's domain name, and may create a map image with Apple Maps for map links. As with any web request, the other side can see your IP address. We do not receive this information.

5. Advertising

The free app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect and use data such as your advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, and interactions with ads. We do not receive this data and we do not control it.

6. Information we do not collect

  • We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or location.
  • We do not have access to the links you save.
  • We do not use our own analytics or crash-reporting services.
  • We do not sell personal information.

7. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your rights

Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can delete everything the app stores by deleting the app. For data handled by Google for advertising, use the controls described above. If you have a question or request, contact us at the address below.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
